The problem of tooth grinding and clenching has not only become more prevalent (bad) but also more often recognized (good) This article was a fresh reminder to me of the interaction between our oral health and our general health. Stress affects our immune systems, our GI system, and of course our nervous system.

  1. What are its benefits of liposomal glutathione? Glutathione is an important antioxidant in the body because of its restorative properties. “It decreases inflammation, so it's working behind the scenes to protect the body from oxidative damage and from the damage caused by inflammation,” Mim says.

  2. Hi,
I just fall in love with your informative articles and I want more from you. Liposomes are tiny vesicles comprised by a bilayer of lipids like the cell membrane structure. By encapsulating glutathione inside liposomes it is believed that the bioavailability and absorption of glutathione will be increased. This liposomal system is able to keep glutathione safe from degradation within the digestive system, liposomal glutathione and increases the absorption of glutathione into cells.
